It is an annual requirement for parents and caregivers to complete our Annual Permission Checklist. This ensures student information is accurate and that we meet Department of Education requirements.

All documents requiring consent can be downloaded on this page. Please read them carefully and ensure both you and your student are familiar with the Acceptable Use Agreement and the Parent & Student Handbook.

Please note: Without verification, your child may be restricted from participating in some school activities.

Annual Permissions are set per student, yearly. Any settings from the previous year will be cleared and need to be completed on a yearly basis. 

 

 
In addition to the permission checklist you will be required to confirm all medical details annually and on consenting to any excursion.

 

To provide consent follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Orbit App, Click student on the bottom menu or swipe left to move right in the menu.
  2. Click the General Details button and swipe left to move to the Annual Permissions Checklist. 
  3. Complete each consent with a Y or N
  4. Set APC Completed to Y when you have made your desired changes.
  5. Set the Date of completion.
  6. Click the Update Details button to complete the submission process.
  7. If you have multiple students at the College you will be required to complete the checklist for each student. Student selection is done at the top of the page.

2026 FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
St Paul’s has a staggered start for students. School for Years 7, 11 & 12 will commence on Monday 2nd February, 2026. All other years will return on Tuesday 3rd February, with the first bell at 8:45am. 

2026 BOARDER RETURN
Boarders to return on Sunday 1st February from 2.00pm.  A family welcome back BBQ will be held in the Quad at 5.30pm.  Other year levels will have a fun day on Monday 2nd February at the Narrandera Water Park.

WHAT TO BRING ON FIRST DAY
New Students – laptop, pencil case and exercise books.   There is no need to take exercise books home each day, they can be left in the student’s locker.
Returning Students – laptop, pencil case and items for their timetable. Current students will have their timetable emailed to them mid January.

WHAT TO WEAR ON FIRST DAY
We ask on the first days all students wear their full summer school uniform, including a wide brimmed school hat.

LAPTOP PROGRAM INFORMATION

LAPTOP SETUP BOOKINGS [For families commencing at beginning of year]

 

All students will require stationery. Please download the appropriate list which can be purchased from your preferred supplier. 

 

The St Paul's College Uniform Shop is located at the College and is open during term time at 10:30am - 2pm Tuesdays and 12:30pm - 4pm Fridays. 

 

 

 
* IMPORTANT TO ALL PARENTS * - ACCESS TO PARENT ORBIT/LOUNGE

Every enrolling parent receives access to our Parent Orbit/Lounge which is the platform providing parents with access to student notices, excursion details and payments, progressive reporting, homework, yearly calendar, teacher communication and timetables.

After your enrolment is confirmed, you will receive an email with login credentials for your Parent Orbit/Lounge account.  If you do not receive this, please check your junk folder first, and if still not received please contact our office. 

 

To download the app:

  1. Go to: https://parentorbit.page.link/spcnsw (you'll be directed to the Apple or Google store) or go to the Apple or Google store and search Parent Orbit School Code – spcnsw
  2. Click the Install button. After the app is installed, our school will be loaded as an account.
  3. Click on our school name, then tap the Login button.
  4. Enter your Parent Lounge credentials on the login screen that appears.

Round one entry interviews are conducted the year prior starting February to May in order applications are received.  Round two interviews are offered after the 30th May.

Prospective families are encouraged to contact our Enrolments Manager to meet our Principal, take a tour or receive a prospectus pack.

Enrolment Steps

The admission process at St Paul's College is as follows:

STEP 1 - APPLY 

Complete the Enrolment Application Form.  (link APPLY to on-line enrolment form), and supply the following relevant documentation.
First Round Interviews   1st February to 30th May
Second Round Interviews             From 30th May onwards

STEP 2 - SUPPLY                

Please attach to your Enrolment Application Form

  • Past two school reports
  • Birth Certificate
  • Most recent NAPLAN test results
  • Your child’s current Individual Learning Plan (ILP), medical or behaviour assessment and diagnosis documentation. (if applicable).
  • Court or parenting orders. (if applicable)
  • Proof of Aboriginality. (if applicable)

STEP 3 - MEET 

Our Enrolments Manager will make contact to set a meeting with our Principal for you and your child to attend.  

ZOOM OR PHONE MEETINGS can be organised from families a distance away.  It is always our first preference for families to meet us in person, however we understand distance may be a problem.  This option can be discussed with our Enrolments Manager.

STEP 4 - ACCEPT

After a successful meeting, a Letter of Offer will be issued pending availability. An enrolment deposit will be required to secure the place.

STEP 5 - TRANSITION

St Paul’s conducts a full transition program for students entering Year 7 with your child’s primary school teacher.  If possible, our Year 7 Co-ordinator will visit the school for classroom observation. 

During Term 4 conduct an Orientation Day for new students and a Parent Information Session. We strongly recommend all new students and families attend this day in preparation for the year ahead.
