Application for Enrolment

Thank you for considering St Paul’s College, Walla Walla, for your child’s education.

We welcome enrolment applications for students entering Years 7–11, subject to availability and the successful completion of the enrolment process.  Please be aware, attending an interview does not guarantee a place at the College, or it's boarding facility, and is not an offer of enrolment. 

STEP 1: Enquiry

Start by contacting our Enrolments Manager:

  • Submit an Enrolment Enquiry via our website, or

  • Call our office on (02) 6029 2200.

Our Enrolments Manager will be happy to speak with you to understand what you are looking for in a school.

STEP 2: Application

Complete and submit our online Enrolment Form - the link is supplied at the bottom of this page.

Please ensure that:

  • All required supporting documents are included, and

  • The form is signed by all relevant enrolment parties.

  • The form must be complete.

Once we receive your application, our Enrolments Manager will review it and contact you to arrange an enrolment meeting, if places are available.

STEP 3: Interview & Trial Days

Attend an enrolment meeting with our staff. If you have not yet visited the campus, a tour will be provided led by our Student Leaders.

Following the meeting, students will participate in 2–3 trial days, in our day school and, if applicable, in our boarding facilities. Our Enrolments Manager will coordinate these trial days and provide all necessary information.

STEP 4: Offer of Enrolment

If your application is successful, the Principal will offer a place through a formal Letter of Offer.

To confirm your child’s enrolment:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required, and

  • All associated paperwork must be completed and returned.

Further details about uniforms, student stationery, computer requirements, and the official start date will then be provided.

 

TO APPLY: 

Please provide the following information with scanned originals (no photos please) via our online enrolment form.

Once the paperwork has been received in full, our Enrolments Manager will make contact for an enrolment interview.

    • Most recent school report

    • NAPLAN test result

    • Birth Certificate

    • If applicable - current learning, behaviour, medical assessments

    • If applicable - court orders, guardianship papers or restricted access documentation

    • Any other information to support application
