College Fees & Payment Information
College fees are billed on a term basis, with all families required to use our direct debit payment system, set up at the time of enrolment acceptance.
Our Business Manager can provide a personalised payment schedule with flexible options to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Fee Discounts
Families who pay tuition and/or boarding fees in full by the last day of February each year will receive a 4% discount.
Additional Costs
In addition to tuition fees, the following may attract extra charges:
Elective subjects in Years 9–12 - refer Fee Schedule
Uniforms, stationery, and a personal device (laptop/computer – mandatory)
Larger excursions, camps, or special programs
A non-refundable Application Fee is payable upon acceptance of an enrolment offer
Boarding Costs
Boarding fees are separate from tuition fees and are outlined in the Fee Schedule and include;
Onsite medical care provided by our College nurse
After-hours study support
Participation in after-school activities
All meals
- Laundry
Additional charges apply for boarders who use the College’s private bus service to and from school.
Payment Methods
While direct debit is the standard method, we also accept credit card and cash payments if preferred.
