Boarding Activities

Boarders have many activities to choose from during a normal boarding week. Listed below are some of the activities and facilities students have access to:

•After College sporting activities including full access to the College tennis courts, basketball courts, netball courts and sporting ovals
•One weekly shopping trip to Albury during the week via College bus (after school and before dinner)
•Compulsory after-school activities for Years 7-9 on Mondays and Wednesdays – students can choose from Equine, Dance, Gym, and on Wednesdays, Tech Studies
•Thursday – Cadets
•Monday – Wednesday - boarders can work on the Agricultural farm
•Monday – Friday - students can participate at the Equine Centre
•Swimming after College in the warmer months
•Students have their own plots and may work in the College’s Community Garden
•Internet access for communication with friends and social activity

Study Help is also available after school times for student wishing to gain assistance in the following:

•Wednesdays - Maths, Science and English assistance. History, Geography and PDHPE help on Wednesdays
•Thursdays - Maths and English assistance
•Other days - if any student wants assistance, they should talk to the appropriate teacher and if they can, they will stay back to assist
